NEET UG Registration 2025: The National Testing Agency’s official website announced the availability of the NEET Application Form 2025 on February 7, 2025. All applicants who have worked hard to prepare for the NEET 2025 Exam may now finish their registration procedure by filling out the NEET Application Form 2025 at https://neet.ntaonline.in/ by the deadline, March 7, 2025. The National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET) is the admission test for various undergraduate medical degrees at all medical institutes in India. The National Testing Agency (NTA) typically conducts the NEET-UG Exam once a year for admission to various MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BSMS, BUMS, and BHMS courses in India.

NEET UG Registration 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit: 

Candidates have to completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or will complete that age on or before 31 December of the year of his/her admission to the first year of the Undergraduate Medical Course. 

Accordingly, the lower age limit shall be born on or before 31.12.2008. There is no upper age limit to apply for NEET-UG.

Educational Qualification:

Candidate must have passed (or appear) Class 10+2 exam or equivalent exam with subjects- English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Bio-technology individually from a recognised board or university with minimum marks as prescribed below:

# PWD: 40 %
# SC/ST/OBC: 40 %

Application Fee

Interested and eligible candidates have to pay an application fee of amount as mentioned below during online submission of NEET-UG application . The fee can be paid using a credit card/ debit card/ net banking/ e-challan/ UPI.

How to Apply for NEET-UG Exam ?

Interested and eligible candidates who want to apply for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG Level exam may follow below mentioned steps .

  Visit the official website: nta.ac.in/ or neet.nta.nic.in/

2.   Click on the registration form link given on the homepage.

3.   Click on New Registration.

4.   Enter your basic details such as, name, mobile number, and email address etc., and click on submit button.

5.   Enter the received OTP & get registered.

6.   Once registered, login using your application number and password.

7.   Fill out the application form and upload the necessary documents.

8.   Save, submit, and pay the fees.

9.   Download the application form for future reference.

Documents Required for NEET UG Registration 2025

Prior to registration for NEET Exam 2025, it is essential for all applicants to ensure they possess the required documents, both in digital (soft copy) and physical (hard copy) formats. These documents will be necessary for the verification of your candidature, and you should subsequently upload them on the official portal.

NEET Application 2025: How to Fill Form?

To begin the NEET application process, log in using the system-generated application number and password. It is critical that the information you submit into the application form matches the information on your Secondary School Examination or comparable Board/University Certificate.

After validating your personal information, enter your address and academic information. Here are the applicant details that you need to provide:

  • Past Examination Attempts (if relevant)

  • Parental Information
  • Educational Background Information

Please choose your chosen language for your question paper, choose your exam city, provide information about your educational qualifications, and submit the necessary papers and photographs. Scan and upload the candidate’s most recent passport-size photos, postcard-size photograph, signature, and right and left thumb imprints.

If applicable, please provide the following documents:

  • Proof of citizenship
  • Category and PwD (Persons with Disabilities) certificate, if applicable
  • Acceptable identification documents for candidates falling into different categories.

Important Instructions and Guidelines

1.   Candidates can apply for NEET (UG) – 2025 in “Online” mode only through the website(s) at nta.ac.in/ and neet.nta.nic.in/.

2.   Submission of the Online Application Form may be done by accessing the NTA website. The Application Form in any other mode will not be accepted.

3.   Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate.

4.   Candidates must strictly follow the instructions given in the Information Bulletin and on the NTA website. Candidates not complying with the instructions shall be summarily disqualified.

5.   Candidates must ensure that the e-mail address and Mobile Number provided in the Online Application Form are their own or Parents/Guardians only as all information/ communication will be sent by NTA through e-mail on the registered e-mail address or SMS on the registered Mobile Number only.

6.   During the NEET (UG) – 2025 online application form, all applicants must upload address proof (both present and permanent address). An AADHAAR Card, Domicile Certificate, Passport, Voter ID card, and other documents may be used as evidence of address. Both papers (if appropriate) should be integrated and uploaded as a single PDF. If the present and permanent addresses are same, the single paper will suffice.
