Selection Process:

Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Applicants with complete online applications will be invited to participate in the Computer Based Examination (CBE).
- The exam will last for 60 minutes and all questions will be at a Matriculation level.
- For each incorrect answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted as negative marking.
- The CBE will be conducted in English and Hindi and in 13 Regional languages viz. (i) Assamese, (ii) Bengali, (iii) Gujarati, (iv) Kannada, (v) Konkani, (vi) Malayalam, (vii) Manipuri, (viii) Marathi, (ix) Odia, (x) Punjabi, (xi) Tamil, (xii) Telugu and (xiii) Urdu.
- It will consist of one objective type paper with 80 questions, each worth 2 marks.
SSC GD How to Calculate Constable Marks 2025
Students can compute their grades using the first answer key. The test had a total of 160 marks. The examination consisted of 80 questions. For each successful answer, two points will be granted, while 0.25 points will be withheld for each wrong question. They can determine their probable marks by following the processes outlined below:
Step 1: Match the answer key with your response sheet
Step 2: Check the number of correct answers. For example. Correct answer = 30, Unattempted = 10, Wrong Answer = 40
Step 3: Multiple correct answers with 2 and wrong answers with 0.25. 30X2 = 60 and 40×0.25 =10
