DHS Assam Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria:-
Educational Qualifications:
- Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM): Candidates applying for the post of ANM must have completed ANM Training from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council, the Assam Nursing Council, or an Assam Government Institution, and must be registered under the Assam Nursing Council with a valid employment exchange registration in Assam.
- Staff Nurse: GNM Diploma / B.Sc (Nursing) Degree from any Institute / Nursing College recognized by Indian Nursing Council and must be registered under Assam Nurses’ Midwives’ & Health Visitors Council along with Employment Exchange registration of Assam.
- Staff Nurse (Critical Care): Candidates must possess a GNM Diploma, B.Sc (Nursing) Degree, or higher qualification from an institute or nursing college recognized by the Indian Nursing Council, and must be registered under the Assam Nurses’ Midwives’ & Health Visitors’ Council with a valid employment exchange registration in Assam. Additionally, applicants should have at least one year of experience working in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Age Limit:
Candidates age should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 1st January 2024.

- For SC Candidates: 05 Years+
- For OBC Candidates: 03 Years+
- For PwBD Candidates: 10 Years+
Selection Process:
