How To Online Atmanirbhar Assam Abhijan 2025
To register under the scheme, please follow the steps:
Step 1: Visit the official cmaaa assam website.
Step 2: If you are a new user click on the “Sign Up” button to register. Fill in the details in the form to apply for “Atmanirbhar Asom Abhijan 2.0”.
Step 3: Applicants already registered under CMAAA 1.0 (but not beneficiaries) can log in using their previous credentials without re-registering.
Step 4: After logging in, applicants must complete the form under the CMAAA 2.0 tab, including permanent address and business details.
Step 5: A payment of Rs. 200 for General Category and Rs. 100 for SC/ST/OBC is required during registration submission.
Step 6: Upon successful submission, an acknowledgment slip and reference number are generated, and an SMS/email confirmation is sent to the applicant.
Eligibility Criteria
- Residency: Applicants must be permanent residents of Assam.Age Limit: Candidates must be between 28 and 45 years old as of 1st April 2025.
- Educational Qualification: A minimum qualification of Class 10 is required. Applicants from OBC, SC, and ST communities must have completed at least Class 10 to meet the eligibility criteria.
- Skill Qualification: Applicants should possess relevant skills or certifications (such as ITI or Diploma programs) required for engaging in income-generating activities.
- Bank Account: A valid bank account opened before 1st April 2024 is mandatory.
- Loan Defaults: The applicant must have no prior loan defaults with Co-operative or Nationalized
- Banks.
- Government Employment: Applicants should not belong to families with government employees or pensioners.
- Income Criteria: Only individuals under the BPL (Below Poverty Line) category are eligible.
- Family Participation: Only one member per family can apply for this scheme.
- Employment Exchange Registration: The applicant must hold valid registration with the Employment Exchange
