Educational Qualification
- Graduation from a recognized university in any area, or any comparable degree approved by the federal government. Candidates holding an integrated dual degree (IDD) certificate must complete the IDD by December 31, 2024, at the latest.
Age Limit
- Candidates must be at least 20 years old and no older than 28 years old as of April 1, 2024; that is, they must have been born between April 2, 1996, and April 1, 2004 (inclusive).

- Preliminary Exam
- Main Exam
Phase-I Preliminary Examination
- Preliminary Examination consisting of Objective Test for 100 marks will be conducted online.
- The test will have of 3 Sections (with separate timings for each section) as follows:
